Loads Of Baggages In Mind..
Good Morning Lovely People,
Hope you had a sound sleep last night and are feeling fresh today. A fresh mind for me means a mind which is free from all kinds of emotional baggages. Today, I will share with you how I am going through the process of dropping my emotional baggage.
I always admit when I make a mistake. I have no shame in accepting that I flawed. After all, I am human. For me this hasn’t been easy since I am someone prone to playing the victim role. There is always something or someone else to blame for what is happening to me…
I come from a line of toxic family beliefs: “money is the best indicator of success, vulnerability is a sign of weakness, love is meaningless, elder one should sacrifice, what others will think of you etc etc”
But when we see ourselves as beings of energy, of love, of peace, beauty and bliss…. we allow ourselves to shine and we give permission to the other person to do so as well. This
path brings you face to face with the best and the worst in you. It is not enough to just recognise them. The objective is to leave the worst behind. To destroy that which no longer serves you so you can make room for the light. To say it’s an emotional roller-coaster is an understatement.
What I’ve found is that we can’t focus on our weaknesses, but rather our strengths. The stronger we are, the stronger the opposition. In order to stop identifying ourselves with our weaknesses we need to start to identify with our strengths, our innate qualities, our virtues, our powers.

I have carried my fears for so long. It took the joy out of life. I kept thinking that if I grew up, matured, and deepened my knowledge then my fears would go. But NO. Here you are. My fears are not my friend. They don’t keep me safe. They keep me locked in a cage.
So, let your fears go, let guilt take a back seat and burry your fears. Take the risk of being hurt or rejected or unloved or defeated. Whatever comes your way, face it. Your happiness is worth the risk. Your freedom is worth fearlessness.
From tomorrow, let's all drop off these emotional baggages from our heart and mind and welcome a new morning that fills our lives with the kind of happiness we want to choose for ourselves.
Have a wonderful day ahead

But for now I’ve learned a neat trick. I learned that I can reverse my guilt. Instead of feeling the guilt when I let others down, I will only feel it when I let myself down. My guilt will only haunt me when I am not being true to myself. To my beliefs.I have carried my fears for so long. It took the joy out of life. I kept thinking that if I grew up, matured, and deepened my knowledge then my fears would go. But NO. Here you are. My fears are not my friend. They don’t keep me safe. They keep me locked in a cage.
