Firstcry Intellikit : Give your child a gift of learning !!

I dumped battery operated toys for my son long back. The reason was very simple. They were not helping in the development of his creative skills, social skills, problem solving skills, and cooperative play.
.
Few days back we came across this wonderful Intellikit from Firstcry. So we spend this weekend together playing with it.
.
My son did not need much supervision because the instructions were simple to read & follow. We got 8 activities + 1 story book + 10 Worksheets in the box.

The theme of the box was Fun with Food. My boy enjoyed sorting the fruits and vegetables. He created a menu & invited me for dinner. I had to guide him a bit in making his own chef cap & apron. Rainbow ice art was fun. I gotto taste some yummy ice popsicles which he made for me. My little master chef learnt to cook 3 yummy snacks.

We played Food Bingo & read Fun story about learning to cook. All together, the kit kept him engaged for good 2 hrs. For a change he was not sitting in front of the screen this weekend.
.
Intellikits are available in the age groups of 2- 3 yrs, 3-4yrs & 4-6 yrs. I have already requested for a subscription to this box.
.
You too can use coupon code 'RITUKALRA70OFF' & get a 70% discount on a three month subscription of Intellikit.

  4. We don't use battery operated toys either and the reason is same as yours. My son loves his cars (matchbox and hotwheels) but we have shifted his attention more towards Lego building and ask him to construct various vehicles with Lego shapes. He is doing quite well there. I'm all about exploring more activities that can keep him busy and help in development as well.
